In this role, you are expected to collaborate with local leadership to support employee and labor relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle recruitment and sourcing strategy
• Address employee inquiries and concerns
• Organize orientation programs for new employees




• Support managers with performance evaluations
• Assist in collective agreement negotiations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR Management
• 4+ years as an HR generalist, preferably unionized
• Understanding of HR best practices and regulations
• MS Office proficiency required
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
