What You’ll Do

- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
- Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection).
- Correctly document and label all orders using pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑productive manner while still ensuring product quality standards are maintained.




- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, supporting issues to resolution.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keeping the work area clean, immediately cleaning spills and debris, ensuring totes are clean and void of debris; operate material handling equipment safely and perform all safety pre‑inspection checks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.05.
