In this position, you will be responsible for liaising with business partners about purchase order processes and ensuring timely responses. You will analyze requisitions before creating purchase orders, manage SAP workflows, and assist in performance monitoring. Your contributions will drive improvements and support team development, enhancing both individual and team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase order processes with business partners
• Analyze requisitions for effective conversions
• Create purchase order types adhering to guidelines
• Oversee SAP invoice processing workflows
• Develop and analyze performance reports
Requirements:
• Degree in business or related field preferred
• 3 years working knowledge in SAP (ECC)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with procurement processes in shared services
• Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus
