Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assess the insurance needs and recommend suitable coverages.
- Provide detailed information on insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and sales team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and all sales activity.
- Stay updated on industry changes, regulations and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must be RIBO licensed.
- Proven experience within a sales role or service position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance coverages.
- Demonstrate excellent organization skills by managing multiple projects and maintaining a structured approach to tasks and deadlines.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other software.
