Job Description

Recruiting for a Behavioral Health Case Manager in the Duncan, OK office. The role involves direct mental health services to children, including individual, group, and family therapy, case management, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and consultation/education.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate cases, ensuring children receive appropriate support and treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and initial contacts for children in immediate need.
- Offer consultation, education, and prevention services to families and community stakeholders.
- Develop, monitor, and track progress of treatment plans.
- Work required 24/7 coverage; employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management.
- Experience conducting psychosocial evaluations and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Excellent crisis intervention skills and ability to provide prompt support.
- Compassionate, empathetic,



and dedicated to helping children and families navigate mental health challenges.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Baccalaureate degree in a behavioral health field; department‑sponsored case management certification completed within 30 days of start date.
- Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a closely related field plus 2 years of professional case management experience; certification completed within 30 days of start date.
