Coastal Rides is expanding across British Columbia and we’re looking for a Local Operator / Lead Driver to help strengthen and grow service in Duncan, Nanaimo, Ladysmith and Victoria.

This is a flexible, local leadership role focused on improving ride availability, supporting drivers, and building community partnerships.

What You’ll Do

n

- Help ensure reliable ride coverage in Duncan, Nanaimo, Ladysmith and Victorian
n
- Support driver recruitment and onboardingn
n
- Act as a local point of contact for driversn
n
- Build relationships with hotels, resorts, and local businessesn
n
- Promote Coastal Rides locally (social media, word-of-mouth, partnerships)n

nProvide feedback to improve service and systemsnWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)n

- More rides successfully completed — fewer missed trips
n
- A small, reliable group of active driversn
n
- Recent drivers onboarded and actively completing tripsn
n
- Improved rider experience and repeat usagen
n
- Increased local awareness and partnershipsn

nCompensationn

n
- 2% of all net fares in Duncan, Nanaimo, Ladysmith and Victorian
n
- +1% from drivers you onboard and mentorn
n

nPerformance incentives can bring total earnings up to approximately 5%.n

Typical Earnings Potential





n$4,000 – $8,000+/month total when also driving on the platformn

This role scales with the market — stronger service = more rides = higher earnings.
