About The Role Our client is looking for a
Software QA & Customer Support Specialist
to help ensure their platform runs smoothly while delivering a great experience for our users. This role combines
software testing, customer support, onboarding, and training . You’ll work closely with both internal teams and customers to identify issues, improve product quality, and support users throughout their journey.
What You’ll Do Software Testing (QA)
Test software features and workflows from a user perspective
Identify, document, and track bugs or usability issues
Work with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes
Support regression testing before new releases
Maintain basic test cases and documentation
Customer Support
Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot issues and guide users to solutions
Document common issues and resolutions
Escalate complex problems to the development team
Onboarding & Setup
Assist recent users and dealers with account setup
Configure system access and ensure smooth onboarding
Support customers during initial platform use
Training & Enablement
Deliver product demos and training sessions
Create simple training materials (PowerPoint, guides, videos)
Help users understand and get the most out of the platform
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in software QA, customer support, or SaaS environments
Experience with functional testing or UAT
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to clearly document and communicate issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences)
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Work Environment
Full-time, in-office role (5 days/week)
May require flexibility to support multiple time zones
Occasional support during Canadian holidays (supporting U.S. clients)
Customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills
