Elevate customer service as an Insurance Support Associate. Provide exceptional assistance over calls and correspondence while maintaining service quality and meeting performance metrics.
This role involves supporting the Sales and Service team by handling inquiries related to policy services, billing options, and technical support. You will contribute to data collection for reporting and assist with departmental projects. Solid communication and teamwork skills are key to ensure a positive customer experience and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
Key Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls from policy holders • Handle outbound correspondence and technical support • Aid in data collection for reporting needs • Support departmental projects and initiatives • Meet KPIs for call resolution and service metrics
Requirements: • Post-Secondary education, University preferred • 1-3 years customer service experience • Previous call center experience • Desire for OTL license and/or CIP designation • Strong communication and analytical skills
