What You’ll Do (Key Duties & Responsibilities)

- Greet customers promptly and courteously, both in person and by phone; act as primary point of contact for all service inquiries.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and vehicle issues; obtain necessary vehicle and customer information.
- Book and schedule service appointments; coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and present estimates/repair orders to customers, explaining required services, pricing, and time frames.
- Monitor the progress of repair orders throughout the day; communicate any changes to customers (time, cost, unexpected repairs).
- Assist customers at vehicle pick‑up: review work done, explain invoices, address any questions or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or misunderstandings in a professional,



timely manner; escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate records—service orders, customer information, repair documentation.
- Provide preventative maintenance advice; recommend additional services where appropriate.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer policies; adhere to safety, warranty, and quality procedures.
- Perform other support duties as required by management to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

- High School Diploma is required; a post‑secondary diploma (business, automotive technology, customer service, etc.) is an asset but not required.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record/abstract.
- Experience as a Automotive Service Adviser at a dealership is an asset.
- Robust customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi‑task, stay organized, and work in a dynamic / fast‑paced environment.
- Motivated, energetic, trustworthy, with a positive attitude.
- Solid computer skills; familiarity with dealership or repair shop management software is an asset.
- Basic automotive knowledge / familiarity with service terminology.
- Able to work Monday to Friday; some weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: CA$40,000 ‑ CA$55,000 per year (depending on experience / qualifications)
- Health care benefits provided after 3‑month probation period.
- RRSP program with 2% employer match after 1 year of service.

schedule & Work Location

- Regular shifts Monday through Friday and every 3rd Saturday ; availability on weekends as needed.
- This is an in‑person role based at our dealership in Exeter, ON (N0M 1S1). Reliable commute or relocation is expected.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
