The Role
This is not a “just get drinks out” position.
We are looking for bartenders who can:
Command a bar with confidence
Stay composed when the room is at full tilt
Deliver genuine hospitality, even in high-volume moments
Contribute to a team that holds a high standard every night
Who You Are
You have 2+ years in a cocktail-forward environment
You carry a strong presence behind the bar; people feel it when you’re there
You are calm under pressure and consistent in your execution
You lead with hospitality first; it’s second nature, not something you turn on
You’ve shown signs of leadership, whether formally or informally

Bar Cathedral is open from Thursday to Saturday 10pm - 3am
This role also ties in with bartending at The Old Spaghetti Factory which is open everyday from 1130am - 10pm
This is a part time role depending on interest.
