Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to lead day-to-day showroom operations, support our sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all product categories. The Floor Manager plays a key role in maintaining energy on the sales floor, assisting with deal structuring, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, finance, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the sales team on the showroom floor, providing guidance and coaching.
- Assist sales staff with product knowledge, deal structuring, and closing opportunities.
- Ensure customers receive a professional, welcoming, and informative experience.
- Manage floor traffic and assign leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across Honda automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment.
- Work closely with management and finance to ensure efficient deal processing.




- Monitor showroom standards, merchandising, and presentation.
- Help train new sales team members and support ongoing development.
- Track daily performance metrics and help drive team results.

Qualifications

- Previous automotive or powersports sales leadership experience preferred.
- Robust leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for Honda products and enthusiast-driven retail is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
