nWe have an opening for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team. This role will be onsite in the Elmira office and production facility.nReporting to the Manager, Regulatory Compliance & Continuous Improvement, the Continuous Improvement Coordinator is a key driver of how Trylon works — and how it gets better. You'll partner with teams across the business to dig into processes, uncover opportunities, and turn ideas into results.n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead problem-solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas of the business and manage or facilitate continuous improvement projects.
n
- Assist in prioritizing actions to be taken and integrate best practices into daily operations.
n




- Manage or facilitate continuous improvement projects (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, 7 Waste).
n
- Provide training and coaching to Trylon’s team regarding the QMS, based on needs and established priorities.
n
- Establish proper communications structure: internal departmental and external of Trylon’s Business unit when conducting CI projects.
n
- Initiate contact with internal and external stakeholders for various projects and processes, and to gather information for status updates.
n
- Collect data using various tools such as ERP-Visual, NCR Database, Q-Data, manufacturing charts etc., then develop and take part in implementing tools for improving Trylon’s QMS.
n
- Participate in developing and conducting internal audits to evaluate compliance with procedures and methods.
n
- Evaluate opportunities to use technology to advance performance, achieving operational efficiencies.
n
- Support the management team in ensuring the existing management system is maintained.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- College or University degree in a relevant area, such as business, industrial engineering, operations, management, or a related technical field.
n
- Three to five years’ experience in a similar or related position.
n
- Green Belt certification is an asset.
n




- Strong technological aptitude with a process improvement mindset.
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) is an asset.
n
- Highly energetic and assertive with strong leadership skills.
n
- Ability to analyze and summarize information and demonstrate good judgment.
n
- Skilled communicator and attentive listener.
n
- Ongoing initiative in carrying out tasks and responsibilities.
n
- Effective agent of change, focused on results.
n
