u2022 Provide customer service to meet customer needs u2022 Prepare meat products u2022 Merchandise meat area if applicable u2022 Maintain meat department area u2022 Receive meat orders u2022 Performs special order meat product requests u2022 Participate in professional development u2022 Meet company meat standards and Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations(CFIA)

u2022 Adhere and implement all applicable company standards u2022 Perform administrative duties as required u2022 Provide technical training to recent staff and clerks u2022 Assist Meat Manager/ Clerk Department Second Meat if applicable
