We’re hiring painters for the spring and summer 2026 season. The role is full time from May through August and offers opportunities for growth within the company. No previous painting experience is required. We provide thorough training to ensure every team member is set up for success.
In addition to painting, team members can become Crew Managers after some time spent as a painter, and gain leadership experience by overseeing a team of 2–3 people. This role involves ensuring projects run smoothly while supporting team morale and job satisfaction. If you’re interested in leadership and responsibility,

Qualifications + Perks
Access to reliable transportation is preferred (own vehicle not required)
Available to work most of the summer (April–August)
Physically capable of lifting ladders and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Earn up to $22/hour, based on efficiency and quality of work
