The Role
The Content & Social Media Coordinator will power our brand’s content engine across platforms.
We’re looking for a highly creative, social media-obsessed team member to help take our content execution to the next level. You’ll live at the intersection of creative direction, trendspotting, and execution — from briefing UGC creators and producing Meta ads to covering behind-the-scenes moments and driving our affiliate growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO to craft compelling, culture-driven content that earns attention, builds community, and turns first-time buyers into brand loyalists. If you have a sharp eye for storytelling, are a self-starter, love social media, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll DoSocial Content Creation & Strategy
- Identify content angles, cultural hooks, and trends to test across platforms.
- Build a glorious, well-organized content library for efficient video editing.
- Brief creators and partners to produce short-form content with multiple hooks and variants.
- Manage our Meta DMs,
identify possible UGC partners from incoming DMs and those who post/share about our brand. Also identify and reach out to additional potential partners via outbound.
- Edit and assemble UGC, owned footage, and trending formats into compelling videos.
- Maintain and manage our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. We currently use UNUM to plan and publish, open to other platforms.
- Capture and publish real-time, behind-the-scenes moments during events and product launches.
Affiliate Program Management
- Recruit creators, influencers, and brand fans into the program.
- Define KPIs and measure affiliate performance on an ongoing basis.
- Develop incentives, events, programs and campaigns that keep affiliates engaged and aligned with the brand.
Email Tag-Teaming
- You’ll work with our copywriter to translate copy and images into our email program. We have an existing structure here, as well as a large asset library and email design templates.
- 2-3 times a week, you’ll work with our copy partner to add email copy and select / create images for our email campaigns. These are incredibly important to the business, focused on customer retention.
Event Support
- Attend and capture content at key sales and brand events, store training, store launches, etc.
- Assist with event setup, staffing, and content capture.
- Use IRL moments as opportunities to create authentic,
high-performing digital content.
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years of experience in content, social media, influencer, or brand marketing (CPG or beauty/wellness a plus).
- Proficient in developing high-impact creative for social media, including graphic design, photography and short-format videos/GIFs.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar).
- Strong social skills, highly conversational and engaging.
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts — including algorithm trends and content formats.
- Experience with Klayivo.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with a love for systems, calendars, and content tracking.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, presenting ideas, and shifting gears quickly.
- Bonus: You’ve worked in-house at a consumer brand and love IRL storytelling as much as digital.

The ideal candidate is in the Greater Toronto Area and can meet in-person for working sessions twice monthly.
The role will begin on an hourly basis with the possibility of extending to a full-time role after a 2-3 month trial.
The salary range for this position is CAD 50k - CAD 65k maximum per annum.
Compensation varies depending on experience level, proven track record, references and responsibilities.
