Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support and employee relations expertise
• Oversee all HR operations including contracts and compliance
• Manage workforce recruitment and planning processes
• Facilitate performance management and development activities
• Create accurate people reporting for decision-making
Requirements:
• CIPD Level 5 required (Level 7 preferred)
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
• Knowledge of UK employment law needed
• Approachable and adaptable personality
• Proven ability to handle strategic and administrative tasks
