As a Property Services Coordinator, you will oversee service delivery while providing vital administrative support to the Operations team. Key responsibilities include managing work orders, handling contract management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between clients and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process service requests via multiple channels
• Schedule and complete work orders on time
• Administer and monitor service contracts
• Prepare monthly expense summaries
• Conduct cleaning inspections and report deficiencies
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with up to 1 year relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
• Knowledge of tendering processes is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle Cloud is valuable
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
