Drive the implementation of group perks as a knowledgeable Implementation Analyst in a hybrid work setting. Engage with Plan Sponsors and Advisors to ensure effective policy implementation.
This role requires serving as the subject matter expert for non-complex Group Benefits Clients. You will navigate the implementation process, providing exceptional communication to sales staff, Plan Sponsors, and Market Sources. Key responsibilities include managing plan designs, evaluating risk assessments, and offering technical analysis on products and pricing arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact during implementation phases
• Ensure plan designs are administered effectively
• Evaluate non-standard risk assessments for new business
• Provide analysis on pricing and funding options
• Engage internal partners to resolve client issues
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of Group Life and Health concepts
• Familiarity with Manulife Systems preferred
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
