Job Description

Tretan Truck Services Inc. *is looking for talented Licensed Mechanics to join our dynamic team. We provide an excellent training program, dedicated equipment, and opportunities for growth! We are looking to hire reliable and hard-working Mechanics.

To be successful as a Licensed Mechanic at *Tretan Truck Services Inc., you should be responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, preventive/proactive maintenance for all equipment/machinery.

Responsibilities:

The Licensed Mechanic responsibilities include:

· Perform brake, safety, and PM inspections.

· Perform defect repairs and on-road service calls as needed.

· Complete work orders.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Comply with Safety & Health regulations in the workplace.

· Maintain required tools for the job.

· Possess a valid Class 310T license.

Requirements:

· Prior Fleet maintenance experience on heavy vehicles is an asset.

· Occasional moderate to heavy lifting is a requirement.

· Perform Brake and Safety Inspections, carry out preventative maintenance.

· Ensure all vehicle inspections are completed in a timely fashion each month.

· Perform service calls and cold starts as required.





· Ensure adherence to STC safety policies.

· Perform additional vehicle repairs as needed.

· Possess a strong work ethic, a high degree of responsibility and accountability.

· A positive attitude and working to achieve a good morale is a high priority.
