Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to foreman

- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables

-will be asked to work on tools and operate equipment at certain times of the season

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building processes, including blueprint reading and quality control
- Proficient in budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore) for project tracking and documentation




- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Note: Experience with Bluebeam software is a plus.
