Our client in Niagara Region, ON is actively looking for a Quality Manager to join their team.

Position Description: Lead and oversee all quality and technical management functions Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality systems Support production teams with quality control, testing, and process improvements Drive a strong quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Define and monitor quality KPIs Investigate product non-conformities and implement corrective actions Interpret customer specifications and applicable standards (ASTM, AMS, ASME) Lead customer complaint investigations, including root cause analysis Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (AS, ISO , ISO/IEC ) Conduct internal and external audits Support product development, testing,



and process optimization Promote and maintain health and safety standards Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials, Chemical, or Physical Sciences + years of experience in steel manufacturing or a related quality/technical role + years of leadership experience managing a quality team Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies Understanding of metallurgy and steel manufacturing processes is an asset Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
