Job Title: Full-time Sales Associate

Location: Stoney Creek Showroom

Hours: We operate on a rotating weekday schedule (opening and closing shifts). Candidates must be available for scheduled shifts within these hours: Tuesday–Wednesday 9:30–6:00, Thursday–Friday 9:45–7:00, Saturday 9:30–5:00, Sunday 10:30–5:00.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Sales Associate, you’ll:

- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Listen to their needs and offer thoughtful product recommendations.
- Guide clients through the showroom, helping them visualize pieces in their space.
- Assist with product details, pricing, availability, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain showroom presentation and contribute to merchandising efforts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

What You Bring to the Table

- Availability required for both weekday and weekend shifts.
- A professional image and confident, personable demeanor.
- A passion for helping customers create beautiful rooms.
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with confidence learning our in-house system.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based, non-commissioned selling environment.
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (furniture sales an asset).
