Job Title: Part-time Sales Associate

Location: Stoney Creek Showroom
nHours: Candidates must be available to work weekends and at least one weekday shift, with additional weekday shifts scheduled as needed. Weekend operating hours are Saturday 9:30–5:00 and Sunday 10:30–5:00. Weekday shifts fall within regular showroom hours.n

nYour Day-to-Dayn
As a Sales Associate, you’ll:
n
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Listen to their needs and offer thoughtful product recommendations.
- Guide clients through the showroom, helping them visualize pieces in their space.
- Assist with product details, pricing, availability, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain showroom presentation and contribute to merchandising efforts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
nWhat You Bring to the Tablen
- Availability required for weekends and at least one weekday shift, with additional weekday shifts scheduled as needed.
- A professional image and confident, personable demeanor.
- A passion for helping customers create beautiful rooms.
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with confidence learning our in-house system.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based, non-commissioned selling environment.
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (furniture sales an asset).
