Integrated Designer – Real Estate Brokerage

Location: Calgary, AB | Type: Part-Time (Hybrid/In-Office)

We’re a growing Calgary real estate brokerage looking for a hands-on Integrated Designer to manage design, digital campaigns, and print marketing. This is a fast-paced role supporting multiple agents with listing promotion and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Design and print flyers, brochures, business cards,signage etc.
Pre-press & technical quality control
End-to-end production management
Update website content and maintain brand standards
Assist and onboard new agents with marketing materials and timelines

Qualifications
2+ years marketing experience (real estate experience a plus)
Graphic design skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)




Knowledge of print production (bleed, CMYK, file prep)
Knowledge of WordPress
Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities

Nice-to-Haves: Video editing, copywriting, CRM or real estate tech experience
