Job Summary:

Marvel Doors and Windows is looking for dedicated and hardworking Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Langley, BC. As a key part of our production team, you will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and quality control of high-quality windows and doors. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and hand tools to cut, assemble, and finish doors and windows
- Read and follow work orders to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
