Job Summary
RPI Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a committed and fully licensed Pharmacy Manager to fill a full-time, permanent position in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role presents the chance to oversee an essential healthcare service in an area known for its deep historical roots, active waterfront community, and cost-effective living standards.
You will become a key leader within a reputable retail pharmacy, guiding a team dedicated to individualized patient services. In this managerial capacity, you will apply your clinical and administrative skills to create a meaningful impact through medication therapy oversight, support for chronic conditions, and fostering reliable patient connections.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and supervise pharmacy personnel to provide outstanding patient care.
- Precisely dispense and evaluate prescribed medications.
- Deliver thorough medication guidance, including proper use and potential side effects.
- Perform in-depth medication assessments with patients and their doctors.
- Give expert advice on over-the-counter items and wellness strategies.
- Maintain complete adherence to all standards and regulations set by the College of Pharmacists of New Brunswick.
Qualifications
- Active, valid licensure in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of New Brunswick (or qualification to transfer).
- Prior leadership or management background is a valuable advantage.
- Superior clinical understanding and excellent patient interaction abilities.
- Familiarity with retail pharmacy software systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical standards and a strong interest in community wellness.
