Job Description
Reporting to the Feed Division Director, this position is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and storing materials appropriately. Additionally, this role also entails providing excellent customer service to our clients and members. Although this role is primarily an operator role for the warehouse, it would also transition to a delivery driver role as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse duties:
- Be a model of excellence in customer service on behalf of Embrun Co-op.
- Work in various areas of the warehouse which will include receiving and processing of product.
- Operate various types of equipment with training provided.
- Maintain and organize the warehouse.
- Adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Deliver Driver duties:
- Safely operates company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery, verifying the correctness of order and quantities.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees to load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Possess great customer service skills.
- Possess warehouse experience.
- Must possess a DZ licence with a clean driving record.
- Possess great communication skills both orally and written.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience driving DZ-class vehicles.
- Meet company insurance criteria for operating DZ-class vehicles.
- Be bilingual - French / English.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 25kgs.
