We are seeking a Service Estimator to support both service and project work across the GTHA.

n

The Role – Service Estimator The Service Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for service repairs, maintenance work, upgrades, and installation projects involving overhead doors and loading dock systems.

n

This role works closely with Service Technicians, and the Operations team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for service and project work
- Review specifications, site conditions, and scopes of work
- Coordinate with Operations, Vendors & Trade Partner team to confirm scope, pricing and timelines
- Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation
- Respond to customer and internal pricing inquiries
- Ensure estimates align with company standards, margins, and timelines

nRequired Experience & Qualificationsn

- 3+ years’ experience in estimating, quoting, or cost analysis within construction or industrial services
- Experience with mechanical systems, building products, or industrial equipment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work independently,



manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to pass a criminal background check if needed

Assets:

n

- Experience with overhead doors, loading docks, or similar building systems
- Field or union trade background
- Knowledge of service-based estimating
- Experience working in a unionized service environment (supporting role)
