As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.n

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and utensils
A passion for cooking and serving high-quality meals to guests
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food handlers required
