The Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of our front office, ensuring our customers have a great experience from the moment they call or walk in.
Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
Scheduling: Booking detailing appointments and managing the daily calendar.
Transactions: Handling payments (we will train you on our system!).
Facility Care & Presentation: Maintaining a qualified and welcoming setting in the office and customer lounge throughout the day.
Closing Procedures (Evening Shift): Completing the end-of-day checklist, which includes cleaning to reset the facility and ensuring a secure building lock-down.
What You Bring to the Team
A Valid Driver’s License (Required).
