Role Description

We are hiring a Digital Asset Portfolio & Strategy Manager for a full-time remote position based in Canada. In this role, digital asset refers to cryptocurrency, blockchain networks, token ecosystems, and broader Web3 markets.

This is a full-time, paid role focused on portfolio management, strategy development, and market analysis across digital assets, blockchain markets, and Web3 ecosystems. The role involves tracking market developments, reviewing portfolio positioning, and supporting internal decision-making related to capital allocation, strategy execution, and investment performance.

The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands digital asset ecosystems, and is interested in how token activity, liquidity conditions, protocol developments, and market sentiment shape portfolio strategy and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio strategy across digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and broader Web3 markets

Monitor market developments, liquidity conditions, and sector trends relevant to portfolio positioning





Evaluate capital allocation, portfolio exposure, and strategic opportunities across crypto sectors

Track developments across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and digital asset markets

Support internal reporting and structured analysis across portfolio performance and strategic priorities

Assist in organizing data related to market movement, investment activity, and portfolio strategy

Collaborate with team members on portfolio management, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems

Good understanding of digital assets, portfolio strategy, and decentralized platforms

Experience with portfolio management, market analysis, strategy, or crypto-related work is strongly preferred

Ability to interpret data and identify trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: CAD 120,000 - CAD 170,000 per year depending on experience.

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
