The Weaver Group Limited Sexsmith Shop is currently seeking: Shop and Yard Labourers

Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized shop and yard.
Handle parts and material pickups, deliveries and hotshots.
Oversee material shipping and receiving processes.
Fleet Management including vehicle and equipment detailing as required
Management of C-Cans, fuel station, propane station, job shacks & trailers.
Miscellaneous duties: painting, bolt up, pressure washing, cleaning and organizing
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge / Experience:
Prior experience working in a shop workplace.
Familiarity with pipeline construction and its components.




Experience with overhead crane operation is considered an asset.

Qualifications:
Able to operate: skid steer / bobcat, front end loader, telehandler and move heavy equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Comfortable operating a range of hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the role.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
Must have reliable cell phone.

Education / Certification:
Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
Valid CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
Valid AB Standard/Intermediate First Aid with Level C CPR with AED
Valid H2S (Energy Safety Canada issued)
Valid AB Ground Disturbance Level 2
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Certification for operating skid steers, aerial lift platforms, telehandlers, and front-end loaders is preferred.
