On-Call Cleaner / Patroller

Location: Kelowna, BC
Pay: $22.60/hour
Positions Available: 2 (Part time)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as On-Call Cleaner/Patrollers. In this role, you will help maintain parking lots, parkades, and on-street areas while ensuring a positive experience for all clients of the City of Kelowna.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and patrol parking lots, parkades, and on-street areas as required
Ensure all locations meet City of Kelowna cleanliness and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service and assist the public with parking information and payment methods
Issue accurate and legitimate bylaw offence notices
Report vehicles listed for towing to the office
Identify and report deficiencies related to safety, appearance, equipment, and lighting




Work collaboratively with team members
Fill in for other roles when required
Clean parking facilities to maintain a positive first impression
Comply with City of Kelowna parking regulations, including use of personal vehicle
Follow all uniform and company policy guidelines

Qualifications & Skills
Solid customer service skills with a skilled and polite approach
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods in all weather conditions
Valid Canadian driver’s licence with a clean driver abstract
Legally eligible to work in Canada
