Warehouse Supervisor – Hands-On Leadership in a Fast-Paced Environment

This isn’t a “sit in the office” kind of supervisor role — you’ll be right in the thick of the action, working alongside the team, while taking the lead on scheduling, organizing space, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What is the Warehouse Team?
The Warehouse Team is where the action happens. We keep freight moving — from receiving goods to organizing inventory to loading outbound trucks — all while working quickly, safely, and efficiently. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll keep the team and space running at peak performance while working shoulder-to-shoulder with your crew.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be:

- Scheduling dock times for inbound and outbound loads.
- Organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency (crossdock + storage).
- Working hands-on alongside warehouse staff — loading/unloading trucks, sorting freight, and preparing orders.
- Managing drivers and warehouse staff when they are on the dock.




- Implementing and enforcing safety measures.
- Monitoring workflow and keeping operations on schedule.
- Collaborating with Operations and other departments to keep freight moving without delays.
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Previous warehouse experience is required — you must understand freight handling, warehouse flow, and operational safety.
- Strong leadership skills and a lead-by-example attitude.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfort giving direction and holding others accountable while working alongside them.
- Forklift experience is a plus (we can train you if needed).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed.
