Altec Business Solutions is hiring full-time team members in Edmonton to support our partnership with TELUS. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to introduce TELUS mobility and home service solutions through residential outreach and local community initiatives.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and contributing to a team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
Speak with customers face-to-face to introduce TELUS products and services
Provide clear information about available service options
Assist customers with completing service registrations
Record customer interactions and completed submissions accurately
Attend regular team meetings and development sessions
Maintain a professional and respectful presence when representing the organization

What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable engaging with new people throughout the day




Reliable and motivated individuals who work well within a team
Ability to work toward individual and team performance goals
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be available for full-time, in-person work in Edmonton
