We are hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and creative individuals to join our team as Game Masters. This role is focused on creating a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.

Role Overview

As a Game Master, you will guide guests through their experience and ensure everything runs efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
Clearly explain the game rules and expectations before each session
Monitor gameplay and provide hints when appropriate
Reset rooms efficiently and prepare for the next group
Handle basic troubleshooting such as locks, props, and simple technical issues
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the visit
Assist with group bookings and special events
Support social media content creation, including filming and ideas




Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas

What We Are Looking For
Friendly, confident, and people oriented
Reliable and able to stay composed under pressure
Interest in puzzles, games, and interactive experiences
Comfortable being on camera when required
Robust problem solving and practical skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Availability during weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Bonus Skills
Basic repair or hands on skills
Experience with social media or content creation
Background in theatre, arts, or other creative areas
Previous customer service or hospitality experience
