The Moose Jaw Housing Authority requires temporary Seasonal Janitorial & Grounds Workers. Job starts 01 May 2026 and continues to 31 August 2026. Duties include assisting in the upkeep of all grounds and buildings managed by the Moose Jaw Housing Authority. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Position Requisites

n

n
- High School or post secondary student returning to school in the fall.
n
- General knowledge of grounds keeping techniques, safe equipment operation and janitorial duties.
n




- Knowledge and/or experience in working with seniors and/or typical tenants.
n
- Work effectively in a team-based setting.
n
- Be able to walk from the 1st to the 16th floor in any M.J.H.A. building.
n
- Be able to lift 35.0 kg several times daily.
n
- Be able to walk a minimum of 5 km daily.
n
- Valid drivers license.
n
- The successful candidates will be required to submit a clean, criminal record check and driver's abstract.

nNote: the above physical requirement will be tested on a periodic basis.n
