Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews to complete tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing with precision and care.
- Oversee the water management and plant health.
- Lead landscaping projects from execution, including construction tasks like soil preparation, planting beds, and hardscape features.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues related to lawn care, tree health, pest control, implement timely solutions.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used properly and stored securely.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to crew members, fostering a motivated team focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid G license required

Ability to pull landscape trailer with equipment.

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping,



or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care practices.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings; leadership skills are essential.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and general landscape construction.
- Ability to identify plant health issues and implement appropriate horticultural solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors effectively.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy equipment when needed. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
