PARTS SPECIFIER

$37,000 – $50,000 per year

Richmond Hill Honda is currently looking for a full-time Parts Specifier to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting the parts department through inventory handling, order processing, and assisting both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a Honda or import dealership is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process daily parts orders
Perform bin counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Ensure proper handling and organization of parts
Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers
Support parts deliveries to local wholesale customers as required
Maintain a skilled and courteous approach in all interactions

Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team workplace
Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Ability to perform occasional driving/delivery duties
CDK / ADP experience considered an asset




Automotive or tire knowledge considered an asset

Pay

$37,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)
