Job Description
Foxy Box is moving to a brand new, busier location and we’re looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to help lead this exciting transition! This is an amazing opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by growing a team and a client base.

We are the number one destination for the BEST Brazilian wax, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, inclusive space while delivering a consistent, top-tier experience every time.

This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, sales-driven, and highly organized, with a passion for both client experience and operational excellence. A major focus will be growing client retention, driving promotions, and building excitement around our new location.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading and driving sales performance and hitting targets
- Promoting memberships, packages, and in-store campaigns
- Delivering an exceptional front desk and client experience




- Managing schedules and optimizing bookings
- Overseeing inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring the shop stays clean, welcoming, and efficient
- Supporting the team and helping maintain a strong, positive culture

What We’re Looking For:

- Extraverted and confident, comfortable engaging with clients
- Sales-driven and motivated to exceed targets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, loves structure and systems
- Excited to help grow a busy, thriving location
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)

Position Details:

- Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Bonus structure available based on performance

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
