​Following our B.Y.O.C. (Bring Your Own Cup) movement in North Vancouver, we have brought our mission-driven coffee experience to the heart of Kitsilano. We’ve had a strong start during our soft opening and, as we extend our hours to meet demand, we’re looking to add another team member to support our growth.

​THE ROLE

​Kitchen Hand

We aren't just looking for someone to prep food. We’re looking for a team player who understands that the "back of house" is the engine of our guest experience.

​QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: Previous kitchen prep or back-of-house experience is preferred.
- Flow & Hygiene: A solid understanding of kitchen pacing, organization, and cleanliness.
- Certification: A valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
- Mindset: A proactive attitude and a passion for quality over speed.
