About Us:

We’re a small, fast-paced and plant based cider house looking for a reliable and self-driven Line Cook to join our tight-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, takes pride in exceptionally clean work, and can confidently run a kitchen solo when needed. We are hiring for part time (2-3 shifts/week), must be available weekends and from 3pm onward some weekdays.

What This Role Looks Like:

This is not your typical line cook job. You’ll often be the main person in the kitchen, responsible for executing dishes to spec, prepping, delegating tasks, and keeping the kitchen spotless. You’ll be line cook, dishwasher, and prep cook all in one — so we’re looking for someone who can stay organized and positive under pressure.

Responsibilities

Opening and/or closing the restaurant solo

Executing dishes consistently to standard

Maintaining and exceeding cleanliness expectations

Following recipes accurately

Managing prep, dishes, and station organization

Delegating tasks when working with a small team

Multitasking and problem-solving throughout service

Supporting a smooth service in collaboration with FOH and management

Requirements

Food Safe certification

2+ years of line cook experience

Experience in small kitchens or with solo-shifts is an asset

Shift-leading experience is a strong asset





Ability to follow recipes and perform basic kitchen math

Comfortable working independently or with a very small team

Strong communication and time-management skills

Exceedingly high standards for cleanliness
