Job Title: Experienced Line Cook – Weekend Evening Service (Part-Time)( $20-$22 per hour )

Position Type: Part-Time, full time

Schedule: Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday , Friday , Saturday and Sunday. mornings or evenings

About Us:

Sophies cosmic cafe is been on business since 1988 and it is a busy, quality-driven kitchen focused on consistency, teamwork, and well-executed food. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced line cook who takes pride in their craft and can perform confidently during high-volume service.

The Role:

This position is ideal for a cook who is organized, effective, and comfortable working a professional line. You will be responsible for executing dishes with consistency while maintaining a clean and well-stocked station during weekend dinner service.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute menu items accurately and consistently during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and plating standards
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and support smooth service flow
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years experience working on a professional kitchen line
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail




- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
- Solid knife skills and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
- Dependable and punctual with a positive team attitude
- Availability for weekend evening shifts
