Weber Immigration is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our growing team.

This role is a key position within our firm. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of their work, takes pride in delivering excellent results, and wants to grow with a team that values professionalism and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:


• Working closely with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to manage immigration cases

• Taking full ownership of case preparation, client communication, and case processing from document collection through final government decision,

• Preparing and submitting permanent residence applications including: Express Entry, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, Spousal Sponsorship,



Canadian Citizenship

• Reviewing client questionnaires and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Communicating with clients and providing clear instructions throughout the process

• Organizing and maintaining client files and documentation

• Monitoring application timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met

• Ensuring applications meet our firm’s high standard of quality and customer service


The successful candidate will be able to independently manage and prepare for RCICs submission approximately 10–15 permanent residence applications per month while maintaining strong attention to detail and client service.


The Ideal Candidate:


You are highly independent, proactive, and detail-oriented. You take pride in preparing well-structured immigration applications and ensuring that every case is handled with professionalism and care.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases at once, and taking true ownership of your work rather than simply completing assigned tasks.


• Minimum 2 years of case processing experience in a Canadian immigration firm (required)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• High level of computer and technology proficiency

• Experience with ClickUp or similar case management systems is a strong asset

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Looking for a long-term role and the opportunity to grow with the firm
