Modcity, a Toronto-based development and construction firm, seeks an Intermediate/Senior Architect to prepare, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings through the development process.
You will work on zoning submissions and building permit applications, coordinate with consultants and municipal staff, and support construction with design clarifications and RFIs. Compensation ranges CAD 70,000–100,000+ annually, with growth opportunities.
