Lead advanced applications programming and systems analysis as Citi’s senior Applications Development Technology Lead in a full-time position. Shape application design, coding standards, and system improvements.
This senior-level technology role coordinates recent or revised application systems with Citi’s Technology team. You will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities while applying advanced knowledge of system flow, software applications, and architecture. The position also includes advising mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work, and evaluating complex processes.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement revised application systems and programs
Define system enhancements for products and process improvements
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation




Ensure application design follows the architecture blueprint
Advise developers and analysts while allocating work
Requirements: Six to ten years of relevant applications development experience
Extensive software applications programming and systems analysis experience
Successful project management and implementation experience
Subject Matter Expert knowledge in applications development
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
Bring senior applications programming, systems analysis, architecture, and leadership expertise to Citi’s Technology organization.
