- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager with strong Finance & Insurance (F&I;) expertise to lead our financial services department. This is an uncapped, 100% commission position tailored for an elite closer who knows how to maximize turnarounds, structure complex deals, and drive high product penetration. Enjoy a stable weekly schedule with an early out on Saturday and a realistic earning potential of $150,000+ per year.Key Responsibilities

- F&I; Management: Guide customers through the complete financial, insurance, and legal paperwork required for powersports purchases.
- Financing Solutions: Structure deals efficiently, submitting applications to prime and sub-prime lenders to secure competitive approvals.
- Product Presentation: Maintain high penetration rates for secondary products including extended warranties, gap insurance, and protection packages.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain strict compliance with provincial regulations and ensure flawless accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Dealership Collaboration:



Work closely with the sales management team to optimize overall deal gross margins and smooth delivery workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of direct automotive or powersports F&I; manager experience (required).
- Availability: Must be able to consistently work the fixed shift framework (Tuesday–Friday until 5:30 PM, Saturdays until 4:00 PM).
- Lender Networks: Proven track record with prime and non-prime lending institutions and deal-structuring tools.
- Communication: Elite interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and handle objections transparently.
- Drive: High self-motivation optimized for an uncapped, commission-only compensation model.
- Licensing: Valid AMVIC license (or immediate eligibility to obtain one).
