This sessional Instructional Assistant supports SSM2030H: Advanced Sustainability Management at UofT Mississauga. The course covers strategic management, organizational behaviour, managerial accounting, and marketing applications for organizational sustainability practices. The appointment runs January 1 through April 30, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet students during scheduled office hours
- Respond to student inquiries about course material
- Update course materials and grades on Quercus
- Attend weekly lectures or review lecture material
- Complete other duties as required

Requirements:
- Completed master's degree
- Or have a Ph.D. in progress
- Previous teaching assistant experience preferred
- Experience in this or equivalent courses preferred
- Availability Mondays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
