Job Summary

The Sales Lead Generator identifies and qualifies potential business customers, creating opportunities for sales teams through targeted outreach and clear, helpful conversations. This role supports business development by connecting customer needs with relevant products and services.

Duties

- Research prospective B2B customers and identify promising leads for technology and technical sales opportunities.
- Use telemarketing, inside sales, and marketing outreach to introduce offerings, ask discovery questions, and qualify interest.
- Record lead details and follow-up activity in Salesforce, keeping information accurate and organized.
- Coordinate with sales colleagues on lead priorities, customer questions, and next steps.

Qualifications

Required: Explicit English communication, customer service, and basic sales skills are essential for engaging prospects, understanding needs, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. Preferred: B2B sales, inside sales, telemarketing, technology or technical sales experience, negotiation, marketing, and business development are valuable strengths; Spanish is also an advantage when supporting Spanish-speaking prospects.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
