Overview

The Associate Orthodontist supports orthodontic care through patient-focused clinical work, clear communication, and accurate documentation. This role collaborates with the dental team to help patients and families understand treatment and experience coordinated care.

Duties

- Assess patients’ orthodontic needs, discuss treatment options, and explain care plans in accessible language.
- Provide orthodontic treatment appropriate to each patient, including pediatric patients, and monitor progress through follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records, use relevant dental and medical terminology, and coordinate care with colleagues.
- Use dental practice systems and digital tools to support documentation and treatment workflows. Your impact:

Experience

Required: Practical orthodontic care capabilities, clear patient communication, accurate documentation, and familiarity with medical terminology support the duties. Preferred: Dental office experience, including work with Pediatrics, and familiarity with Epic, Dentrix, or CAD tools can strengthen your contribution and support efficient, coordinated patient care.

Pay: $192,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
